- 3–5 years of Director of Nursing experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
- Active Michigan RN license.
- CPR certification.
- Infection Control Certification.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred.
- Experience with Matrix system.
