About You
- One year of recent experience as an MDS Coordinator or equivalent role.
- Valid RN or LPN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements.
