About the Role
About You
- 24 months minimum of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience.
- Active permanent or temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from Texas Medical Board.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Nuclear Medicine (N) or CNMT within 6 months of hire.
- Thorough working knowledge of nuclear medicine technology and related sciences.
- Ability to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start intravenous lines.
- Ability to operate Gamma cameras, including SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners.
- Basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments.
- Basic knowledge of EKG to perform cardiac studies.
- Experience with Siemens and Spectrum Imaging.
