As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility guidelines and patient-centered care standards. Your responsibilities will include screening, evaluating, and treating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and facility environments.
