About the Role
As a Travel RN, Float, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a designated group of patients. You will coordinate and participate as an effective member of the interdisciplinary health care team, ensuring quality care and promoting positive patient outcomes while traveling between Independence Health campuses.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Minimum three (3) years of acute care experience.
- Strong leadership ability and good organizational skills.
- Independent and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex topics.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current ACLS certification or completion within one year of hire.
