- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
- CDL Class 'A' driver license.
