About the Role

As a Traveling Sheet Metal Foreman, you will oversee field crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within scope. Your responsibilities include leading installation crews, reading blueprints, coordinating daily operations, ensuring quality control, and training field technicians. This role requires travel to various project locations throughout Florida.

About You

Required:

5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.
Strong ability to read blueprints and layout duct systems.
Proven experience managing crews and job site workflow.
OSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safety.
Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

2+ years in a foreman or leadership role.
Willingness to travel statewide.
