About the Role

As a Treasury Management Advisor III, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, providing strategic advice on treasury management practices. Your responsibilities will include strategic business development, managing a portfolio of government entities, designing customized treasury solutions, negotiating deals, overseeing implementation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About You

Required:

8+ years in treasury management sales role focusing on Government clients between $50 million and up.
8+ years experience in the government sector with expertise in public fund investment policies and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Preferred:

Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory awareness.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent high-level treasury certification.
Master’s degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field.
Recognition for outstanding performance in treasury services sales or corporate banking.
Established network of industry contacts and involvement in industry associations.
Deep knowledge of treasury services/products and industry applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in treasury technology and systems.
