About the Role

As a Treasury Management Advisor III, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on treasury management practices. Your responsibilities will include business development, client management, customized solution design, pricing strategies, negotiation, implementation oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About You

Required:

8+ years’ experience working with Healthcare Banking clients with revenues of $500 million and above.
8+ years' experience addressing the complex financial needs of healthcare providers.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Preferred:

Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory awareness.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification.
Master’s degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field.
Recognition for outstanding performance in treasury services sales.
Established network of industry contacts.
Deep knowledge of treasury services/products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in treasury technology and systems.
