About the Role
As the Treatment Center Director/Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program clinic. Your duties will include managing clinic operations, hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing key performance indicators. You will also participate in community relations and development activities to drive census growth and maintain high-quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Understanding of clinic operations with significant experience in substance abuse.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State, and CARF standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to work autonomously and generate innovative ideas.
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude.
