As a Treatment Nurse, you will be responsible for providing wound care to residents, focusing on their needs and collaborating with a high-performing team. Your daily tasks will include assessing skin integrity, implementing treatment plans, and documenting care accurately to meet professional standards.
About You
Required:
- Valid Texas Nurse License.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
- Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
- Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
