About the Role
As a Treatment Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering direct services to children with special needs, collaborating with parents, teachers, and school personnel to create and implement individualized plans. You will communicate behavioral and emotional observations to the treatment team, participate in team-building activities, and assist youth in developing essential skills such as coping, social, and problem-solving skills.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or HSE is required, along with past employment experience.
- Requires computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate and record information in performance-based software and electronic medical records.
Preferred:
- A BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Related Field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on documented work history, education, and volunteer experience.
- Interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work effectively as a team member.
