About the Role
As a Treatment Support Technician 2, you will be responsible for supporting clients through overnight programming and activities, monitoring safety and behavior, acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, assisting with intakes and documentation, and providing support during crises. You will also transport clients to meetings or appointments as needed and help maintain a respectful and recovery-focused environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If you’re in recovery yourself, 18+ months in recovery required.
