About the Role
As a Trial Attorney, you will assume primary responsibility as the first chair in major trial efforts, leading the litigation team. Your duties will include developing trial strategies, conducting complex legal research, interfacing with outside counsel, drafting legal documents, representing the firm in hearings, conducting depositions, and continuously improving client communication and case management.
About You
Required:
- Over 10 years of proven experience as an Attorney, with a track record of multiple jury verdicts.
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar.
- Demonstrated expertise in client communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, attorney timekeeping programs, and client file management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
