About the Role
As a Trip Enrichment Specialist, you will work to enhance the revenue cycle by implementing strategies that improve trip data and reduce write-offs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, communicating with facilities and patients, and maintaining professionalism in a respectful work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of work in AMR PODS.
- Experience with computer programs and software.
- Professional experience in the medical field and emergency transport sector.
- Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines related to ambulance billing.
