About the Role
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and courteously picking up food donations and delivering them to designated agencies. You will operate a City Harvest truck, comply with food handling practices, maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, and complete necessary paperwork. The position requires effective communication with management and a commitment to customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CDL Class B license or higher.
- Two or more years of commercial driving experience.
- No serious moving violations within the last 36 months.
- No preventable DOT accidents within the last 12 months.
Preferred:
- Some college education.
- Experience in handling food and beverages.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
