Summary
Platt Electric Supply is seeking a Truck Driver I to join their team in Reno, NV. The role involves delivering products to/from customers and ensuring that deliveries meet customer requirements efficiently.
About the Role
As a Truck Driver I, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the company vehicle, loading and unloading materials, ensuring accurate documentation during deliveries, and adhering to safety regulations. You may also assist with warehouse duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
Preferred:
- In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and familiarity with traffic and driver laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
