About the Role
As a Truck Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming used truck inventory, maintaining accurate records, coordinating truck movements, organizing inventory for visibility and sales appeal, and ensuring lot cleanliness and presentation standards. You will also prepare trucks for display, manage key control, support the sales team, assist customers, coordinate transportation logistics, and enforce safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree and no experience or at least 2 years of technical truck/automotive experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Experience operating heavy-duty commercial trucks (Class 6–8 preferred).
- Basic mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset with professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with dealership management or inventory tracking systems.
