About the Role
As a Truck Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, following company policies and procedures, preparing rental invoices, coordinating maintenance and repairs of rental equipment, and soliciting rental business. You will also keep the Rental Director updated on all operations and maintain knowledge of industry products and services.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal appearance.
- Ability to meet and establish minimum quota of customer contacts.
- A college degree or the equivalent is required.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Familiarity with rental and leasing concepts.
