About the Role

As a Trust & Probate Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting court filings, discovery requests, and subpoenas. You will prepare and manage document productions, create document indexes and case timelines, and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial. Additionally, you will provide trial preparation and courtroom support, as well as perform cite checking and Bluebooking.
