About You
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in trust & safety, fraud prevention, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays when needed.
- Must pass a background check.
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Kustomer.
- Knowledge of ecommerce, online marketplaces, or collectibles.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
