- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in wealth management or trust administration.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail.
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office suite.
