As a Trusts & Estates Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and coordinating with financial advisors and accountants. You will also need to stay current on changes in trusts and estates law and develop strong relationships with clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws related to trusts and estates.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of trusts and estates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
