About the Role

As a Trusts and Estates Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for modifying and finalizing legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Your duties will include drafting and distributing documents, maintaining files, screening calls, managing calendars, and serving as a notary. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours a week with potential for overtime.

About You

Required:

1-2 years of legal secretarial experience in trusts and estates.
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
