About the Role

As a Trusts and Estates Paralegal, you will prepare and file federal and state tax documents, assist with trust and estate administration, maintain organized client files, conduct tax research, and support accounting tasks. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in client-facing environments.

About You

Required:

3+ years of experience in a trusts & estates or tax-focused legal setting.
Familiarity with fiduciary and estate tax forms (706, 709, 1041, 1040).
Experience with NetDocuments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Professional and personable demeanor for direct client interaction.

Preferred:

Experience with Quicken.
