In this full-time role, you will support attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate. Key responsibilities include assisting attorneys with estate planning, preparing probate court filings, managing client files, communicating with clients and professionals, tracking deadlines, and staying current on relevant laws and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- 4+ years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal.
