About the Role
As a Turnkey Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with contractors, managing inquiries, maintaining program databases, and providing administrative support. You will analyze program data to identify trends and performance gaps, and work with the team to improve program delivery and contractor participation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, building science, or climate change.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment in project management or communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to learn new software.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience reviewing technical material.
- Knowledge of Mass Save and heat pumps.
- Experience training or educating others.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
