About the Role
As a UA Creative Manager, you will be at the core of BlueThrone's growth efforts, responsible for creating compelling ads that capture attention. Your tasks will include researching TikTok trends, developing creative concepts, managing the creative lifecycle, running A/B tests, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. You will collaborate closely with UA managers to ensure a steady flow of testable creatives and push creative boundaries to keep the apps ahead of cultural shifts.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in UA creative strategy for consumer/mobile apps, especially subscription-based ones.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, virality mechanics, and native storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in scriptwriting and creative production for ads.
- Strong grasp of UA performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and how to optimize creatives for them.
Preferred:
- Comfort using TikTok's creative tools and similar platforms to compose assets.
- A track record of turning TikTok trends into breakthrough ad campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Collaborative spirit, working hand-in-hand with UA teams.
