About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead discovery and design workshops to understand user journeys and business goals. You will conduct user research, create personas and user journeys, produce wireframes and prototypes, and define design systems to ensure consistency. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into interaction designs and support implementation reviews.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products.
Experience delivering in Agile teams and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
Proficiency with industry tools (e.g., Figma, Mural) for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Working knowledge of accessibility (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.

Preferred:

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
