Summary
Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a UI/UX Developer to join their fast-paced, remote Agile DevOps team. The role involves collaborating within a scrum team to design and implement user interfaces for enterprise web applications.
About the Role
As a UI/UX Developer, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to collect and evaluate user requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma, designing intuitive user interfaces with ReactJS, and ensuring accessibility compliance. You will also conduct usability testing, collaborate with backend developers, and participate in CI/CD workflows to ensure efficient UI component integration.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- 2-4 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience for web applications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) for wireframes, prototypes, and flows.
- Strong skills in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Demonstrated Section 508/WCAG compliance.
- Experience integrating UIs with REST APIs.
- Hands-on with automated UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Awareness of microservices concepts.
- Basic knowledge of secure UI coding.
- Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with backend technologies (Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kafka).
- DHS/USCIS project experience.
