About the Role
As a Ukrainian Response Caseworker, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to the Ukrainian community, developing educational materials, coordinating community workshops, and providing comprehensive case management services. You will engage with clients to assess their needs, develop service plans, and connect them with available resources while maintaining accurate case documentation.
About You
Required:
- Associate or BA degree in Social Work, Migration Studies, Public Health, Refugee Studies, Development, Immigration Law, or equivalent field; or 1+ years of related professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian, both written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Previous case management and/or victims assistance experience in a social service, non-profit setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
