About the Role
As an Ultrasound Technician, you will prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, confirm patient identity, perform vascular and venous ultrasound exams, capture diagnostic-quality images, document findings, maintain ultrasound equipment, and collaborate with clinical staff. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independence and variety in a supportive team environment.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited vascular or ultrasound program.
- BLS Certification.
- Strong competency in vascular ultrasound imaging and documentation.
- Comfortable using PACS and EMR systems.
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
- Not listed on the OIG exclusion list.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Certification: RVT or RVS (ARDMS or CCI).
- Experience in vascular sonography.
- Experience performing venous insufficiency studies.
- Experience in long-term care or outpatient vascular settings.
- Familiarity with endovenous treatment workflows.
