About the Role
As an Ultrasound Technologist RVT - Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex ultrasound cases, maintaining equipment quality control, and providing training and education to staff and students. You will also assess patient conditions, manage imaging data, and ensure compliance with state regulations and institutional policies.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a formal diagnostic Radiology program.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- RVT certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography required within 18 months of entry into the role.
- RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB or RDMS-PS certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- 3 years Radiology experience required (any/all modalities).
Preferred:
- RVS - Registered Vascular Specialist by Cardiovascular Credentialing International may substitute for the RVT requirement.
