About the Role
As a UM Coordinator, you will collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate utilization of resources and benefits for patients. Your responsibilities will include performing admission and concurrent reviews, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and managing documentation related to patient care. You will also be involved in the appeal process for concurrent denials and assist in the development of the Case Management Program.
About You
Required:
- RN, BSN, or Bachelor's degree in a clinical field with a health care focus.
- Minimum five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health care setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or NJ Licensed Social Worker.
