About the Role
As an Underground Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining diesel and electric mobile equipment, hoisting equipment, mining equipment, and waste handling equipment. You will need to follow safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain qualifications to work in contaminated areas.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or Equivalency.
- Four (4) years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environment or four (4) years of industrial maintenance training/education.
Preferred:
- Mine and diesel mechanic experience.
