As an Underwriter IV, you will work with minimal oversight, preparing complex transaction offerings and managing a portfolio. You will analyze credit and collateral strength, make credit decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coaching other underwriters and interacting with internal and external customers to gather necessary information.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in credit decisions and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of IRS Code Section 42 and 47, equity structures, and market research.
