About You
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other computer skills including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- One year of employee benefits or related experience.
- Experience in managing and creating Excel spreadsheets.
- Basic customer service experience.
