About the Role

As a Unit Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, preparing and maintaining medical records, responding to patient requests for assistance, and providing information to patients, families, and physicians. You will also assist in scheduling patient procedures and assembling patient charts, while participating in regulatory compliance duties.

About You

Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required.
Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required.

Preferred:

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred.
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred.
One year's relevant experience: Preferred.
Hospital or medical office experience: Preferred.
Unit Secretary training course: Preferred.
