About the Role
As a Unit Manager - LPN/RN, you will be responsible for 24-hour accountability for resident care, managing the unit in accordance with policies and regulations, supervising charge nurses, participating in quality assurance processes, and ensuring effective communication regarding residents' care. You will also be involved in policy development and implementation, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
About You
Required:
- Must be RN or LPN and in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in long term and sub-acute care.
- Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to long term and sub-acute care.
