- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills and medical procedures.
- Ability to interpret data and instructions in various forms.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience in a healthcare setting with patient interaction.
