- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience using computers and computer systems to enter data or process information.
- Experience in working with the public and customer service.
- Additional education or certification in medical office administration.
- Prior clerical experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
