The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a full-time Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join their Pediatric Psychology team within the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics in Charleston, SC.
About the Role
As a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, you will provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents with various neurological, medical, and developmental conditions. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including oncology, neurology, and hematology, to support integrated care and participate in the supervision and training of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows.
About You
Required:
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or school psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology.
- Experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations with children with complex medical or neurological conditions.
- Eligible for licensure as a psychologist in South Carolina.
Preferred:
- Experience in the neuropsychological assessment of children with sickle cell disease and cancer/brain tumor histories.
