About the Role
As a Universal Banker, you will engage clients with outstanding customer service, assist them in understanding digital banking options, and sell financial services to meet their needs. You will manage the branch client experience, process various financial transactions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, you will train new employees and maintain knowledge of bank policies and products.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D, or equivalent related work experience.
2+ years of experience in consumer sales, marketing, and customer service.
Demonstrated success in a retail environment.
2+ years of teller experience.
Preferred:
Ability and desire to advance skills in personal finance areas including investments, insurance, and mortgage.
Working knowledge in Customer Experience, Laws & Regulations, Technology Literacy, and Relationship Building.
