- Ability to use desktop computers and other core systems.

Our Credit Union was originally chartered in 1972 by a small group of Dow Chemical employees. They were dedicated to building a financial institution that would provide outstanding financial services...at the lowest possible cost. Now, anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in the following parishes may join Essential Credit Union: East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Ascension, Livingston, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, and St. Helena.
