About You
- 6+ years of Unix/Linux Administration Enterprise Level Experience in large, distributed environment.
- Experience in Project Management, Incident & Change Management and Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux (Red-hat) and good knowledge in Solaris.
- Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and associated technologies (NFS, NIS, DNS, DHCP).
- Detailed knowledge of Unix system monitoring and reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of Server Firmware upgrade.
- Detailed knowledge of NTP/Time Keeper, Time synchronization technologies.
- In-depth knowledge in vulnerability assessment and server patching.
- Programming level knowledge of Shell, Perl/Python.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with an automation mentality.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of Infoblox DDI solution.
- Certification in RedHat Enterprise Linux.
- Knowledge of Veritas Cluster Server or similar high availability product.
- Knowledge in ansible, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
- Veritas Volume Manager.
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry.
