About the Role
As a UPS Tech 3, you will be responsible for daily travel with an independent work structure, performing emergency call availability, maintaining company-issued equipment, and conducting installations and repairs of static switch and PDU systems. You will also perform preventative maintenance, provide technical support to customers, and ensure compliance with M.C. Dean standards.
About You
Required:
- AA/BS degree in Electrical and/or Electronics from an accredited college or university, or equivalent training from field or military position.
- At least 5+ years of experience with various UPS systems, batteries, test equipment, and associated electrical apparatuses.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC, maintenance practices, and quality control procedures.
