About the Role
As an Urban Designer, you will collaborate with a diverse team to create master plans, concept designs, and schematic designs. Your responsibilities will include producing key project deliverables such as drawings, renderings, and animations, while ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders. You will also contribute to design and marketing efforts, develop design assignments, and support overall client satisfaction and project profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Urban Design from a NAAB-accredited university.
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in an architectural office or equivalent professional setting.
- Familiarity with principles of urban design and experience with 3D communication software such as SketchUp or Rhino.
