About the Role

As an Urgent Care Technician, you will perform tasks within your scope of practice to ensure the delivery of patient care. This includes assisting physicians during procedures, obtaining vital signs, performing wound care, and coordinating referrals. You will also document patient information in the EPIC Electronic Medical Record System and assist during medical emergencies.

About You

Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic (PM) certification.

Preferred:

High School Education/GED or equivalent.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Successful completion of Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification.
Paramedic Certification.
