About the Role
As a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for accelerating growth rates in Urology and Gynecology, training new Gynecologists and Urologists, establishing regional case observation sites, and conducting strategic market development activities. You will also serve as a liaison for market intelligence and partner with academic marketing to enhance education in the field.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred:
- Urology or Gyn experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change.
- Proven ability to influence peers.
- Effective communication skills across a broad organization.
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility.
- Track record of applicant sales excellence.
