Summary
Marsh is seeking a US Contract Surety Leader to join their US Surety team. This hybrid role can be based in any US office and requires working at least three days a week in the office.
About the Role
As the US Contract Surety Leader, you will independently handle the largest or most complex accounts, maintain a complete understanding of clients' business priorities, oversee the development and execution of renewal strategies, lead presentations to prospective clients, and engage in senior-level client interactions. You will also ensure quality in all client deliverables produced by junior colleagues.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years in the Surety industry, with 5+ years as a broker.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior role at a Surety or Brokerage.
- Currently handles a substantial book of contract surety clients.
- Significant experience as an underwriter or broker with ENR 400 accounts.
